Presentation 2: Layout and space planning, Technical documentation, Furniture, materials & finishes selection, and Moodboards & space visualization with 3D renderings.
Presentation 3: Delivery of revised Technical Drawings for Contractor, Furniture Schedule with SKUs, Finish Schedule, and Styling Recommendations. At this point your dream space is really to be built.
This service includes a kick-off meeting with the contractor(s), and direct communication for coordination throughout the project. Not weekly on-site meetings included.
Option to Add-on for Procurement Process and Installation & Companionship throughout construction process with weekly on-site meetings. This service includes furniture pricing with trade discounts to applicable brands, and we deal with everything. We will give you an installation date and you will have a reveal moment.
